Experience a glimpse of life as an early pioneer in Southwest Minnesota.

Step back in time and into Minnesota’s largest historic village.  On your self-guided tour of our 30+ buildings, you will experience the trials and tribulations of America’s westward expansion into the prairie.  From our historic farm site to our extraordinary rail depot, our exhibits represent the industries that built America.  Along the way, you will find unique collections and artifacts, including our celebrated iron lung, blacksmith shop and saloon.  Come experience Pioneer Village!

Self-Guided Tours:

Thursday & Friday  •  12 p.m. - 5 p.m. 

No admission after 4 p.m.

Saturday & Sunday  •  10 a.m. - 3 p.m. 

No admission after 2 p.m.

Due to special events, the Village occasionally closes earlier on Saturdays.
